Enter the result
On scan day the parents send you their private trustee link. You open it, choose the result and submit it.
What happens at the appointment
- Before the scan, the parents create their reveal in trustee mode and make a trustee link from their dashboard.
- They send you that link by message or email, or give it to you at the desk.
- After the scan, you open the link on any device, choose the result for each baby and submit it.
- The parents see that it has been submitted, but not what it was. Then they can invite everyone to their reveal.
Two things to tell your team
- A trustee link works once and lasts 24 hours, so the parents should make it on the day of the scan. If it runs out, they can make a new one from their dashboard.
- Once it has been submitted, the result can’t be changed through the same link, so check it carefully before pressing submit.
Why parents like it
A sealed envelope is a nice moment for two people. A live reveal lets grandparents, friends and family abroad vote, watch the countdown and find out together. Parents with twins or triplets get a result for each baby.
Questions we get
Does my studio need an account to enter a result?
No. The trustee link opens without a login. You only need an affiliate account if you want your own referral link and commission.
Who pays for the reveal?
The parents do, directly at checkout. You don’t need to handle any payment. If they came through your link, your commission is tracked automatically.
How much do we earn?
The affiliate program pays 25% commission on events booked through your link.
Can the parents see the result early?
Their dashboard and reveal page tell them it has been submitted, but don’t show the result until the reveal time.
How do we get printed materials?
Use our free counter card maker. Paste your partner link, add your studio’s name, then print it or save it as a picture. Nothing you type is stored. For anything else, email support@genderreveal.live.
